Ticket  Policy

Ticket Pick Up Policy:

Your tickets will be  held at The Box Office. We request that you pick them up at least 20 minutes before curtain.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy:
All sales are final. Theatre Three tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your performance date, you may reschedule. You must contact us by telephone at least two hours before the start of the show.

Policy for Children:

Children under five will not be admitted.

Children's Theatre:

All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket

Please note:

We do not accept coupons from the Entertainment Book. They have listed us without our authorization, again.



COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols for All Performances:

Face Coverings Required
Face coverings must cover the mouth and nose and are required for staff and patrons at all times.

Wellness Checks
All staff, volunteers, and patrons will have temperature checks and be screened with a health questionnaire upon entering the building.

Fully Vaccinated Staff
All staff, including our volunteers, are fully vaccinated. Additionally, box office staff, ushers, and house managers are gloved.

Social Distancing
From ticket purchase to exiting the facility, all aspects of our patrons' visit are designed to maintain social distancing. Ticketholders will be seated upon arrival to prevent crowding in the lobby.

Sanitizing Stations
Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building

Air Handling Systems
Theatre Three's ventilation system has been upgraded with the highest-rated filters and fresh air circulation for all systems.

Enhanced Cleaning
Theatre Three has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols as well as increasing the frequency of our deep cleanings.

Theatre Three consults both the NY Department of Health and CDC websites to track the latest health and safety updates.
